Christmas is fast approaching now and of course the shopping is in full swing. I keep telling myself that I will start my shopping earlier each year, yet this seems to never happen…
So it seemed fitting to do an ideas post on what to put in them Christmas stockings if you have no idea. Of course, for beauty lovers like myself, it is quite easy to decide what to buy, whether this be makeup brushes, a new mascara, a lipstick and even the odd lush bath bomb.
For any makeup lover, this is a perfect gift and at a very reasonable price of £5.95 from The Vintage Cosmetic Company, it will go down a treat. This allows you to achieve that overall flawless finish, giving your face that smooth, ideal look. This blending sponge is latex free and contains 5% collagen.
Fake eyelashes are the perfect finish for every makeup look, whether you are going out for a party or a meal out with family or friends. I love the look of these eyelashes and I cannot wait to try them over Christmas.
As you may be aware of this by now, I love MAC Lipstick, so of course if I was to get something like this, then it will be amazing. Lipstick finishes that makeup look and I cannot stop buying them at the moment (someone please help my bank account).
Rituals Touch of Happiness Body Cream
A good moisturiser never fails to impress and can be a great present for someone special. For only £17.00, it is worth the money and lasts a long time. This Touch of Happiness Body Cream smells amazing and it is wonderful for making your skin soft and hydrated, especially in the cold months.
Again, as a makeup lover, mascara seems an obvious choice. I added the Maybelline Lash Sensational Mascara to this list, as I am currently loving it at the moment. It is my go to mascara and at a price of £7.99, it is a great present for a friend or family member.
Lush Bath Bombs
One of the perfect gifts for every girl who loves baths! From the range of smells, to how pretty or cute each bath bomb or melt looks, they are guaranteed to put a smile on someones face this Christmas. Of course, the Christmas range is out in Lush, so why not buy some, especially as they are very reasonable prices for each bath bomb.
Chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate
And of course, no stocking is complete without a lot of chocolate, I mean this just makes it complete right?! Maltesers are my favourite, just ask my friends! They bought two of the big boxes as part of my birthday present earlier this year (no joke)! And of course, when they bought out the mini reindeers and the bunnies for Easter, I just fell in love. They are simply the best, and end the stocking with a fabulous treat.
